Design Tree Engineering recently completed a significant remodel of the 1960s-era Wellhouse building for the City of Saint Paul. This project involved a comprehensive overhaul of both electrical and mechanical systems for the Brewster & Plato Lift Station. The facility includes a below-grade wet well with a tiered platform for system access and a spiral staircase leading to the dry well. Our team redesigned the entire electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including a complete upgrade of the SCADA system and its integration with existing controls.

The project required meticulous planning and collaboration with the City of Saint Paul's operations team to ensure that the site remained operational throughout construction.
