Design Tree designed a state-of-the-art hydronic snowmelt system for their exceptional outdoor amenity space. This project, featuring the outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna area, now benefits from our advanced mechanical design. Known as "Club Quarterdeck," this area is a year-round retreat that combines luxury and practicality.

Collaborating with W Gohman Construction Co and TWM Architects + Planners, we implemented a cutting-edge hydronic system that includes a 1500 MBH input high-efficiency condensing boiler, ECM wet rotor pumps, five distinct snowmelt zones, and an in-slab snow/ice sensor for automatic control. This system ensures optimal comfort and functionality in all weather conditions. Inside, 'Club Quarterdeck' offers a range of amenities including a fitness center, a cozy lounge with large-screen TVs, a café, and recreational activities such as pinball, vintage video games, shuffleboard, billiards, and ping-pong.
