Challenge:
Converting an existing building from office space to a dialysis center and wound care clinic.
Solution/What Worked:
Design Tree staff went through the entire building to record conditions and locations of existing systems. Design Tree worked closely with the Owner and Builder to determine the needs for medical systems and water treatment. Project included cost effective HVAC solutions, power conditioning, LED lighting, and other energy saving techniques.
Fun Fact:
Basement houses a 30gpm water purification/treatment system.
