Project Recap

The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering scope for this new 7,000 square foot facility included design, specification, and construction support for all building systems related to HVAC, electrical power and lighting, and plumbing infrastructure. The design process prioritized a critical city budget, met through stakeholder coordination to deliver a cost-effective solution. All systems were designed to meet or exceed code and allow for future expansion.

The project included HVAC systems with furnaces, condensing units, and full ductwork layout; a 400–600A three-phase electrical service design; layout of LED lighting, motion sensors, emergency egress lights, and exterior lighting controls; and infrastructure for power, data, POS systems, cameras, intercom, and general outlets. Plumbing design covered ADA restrooms, break room and mop sinks, floor drains, and water heating. All systems were coordinated with fire alarm, security, and site utility connections.
