Design Tree Engineering provided Civil engineering services for the nearly 40-acre site that sits adjacent to Rogers Elementary School. The park complements the nearby North Community Park while introducing new recreational features and sustainable design elements.

Civil scope included grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design for four youth ballfields, two outdoor hockey rinks, batting cages, seasonal pickleball courts, trails, parking, a concession/warming house, and an open shelter. A rainwater harvesting and reuse system was designed to provide irrigation for turf areas and enhance long-term sustainability.
