Design Tree provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for this 221-unit market-rate multifamily building within a mixed-use district across from Harriet Island.

The project integrates new construction with adjacent redevelopment including affordable housing, storage, and artist lofts to create a cohesive, walkable district. Our team collaborated closely with the architect, developer, and contractor to deliver high-efficiency mechanical systems, building-wide electrical and lighting, and full plumbing systems.

We also guided the Owner through the City’s Sustainable Building Ordinance (SPSBO), supporting enhanced building performance, stormwater management, and site remediation
